At Etoile in Domaine Chandon for Dominic's 40th

Fabulous restaurant -- highly recommended!! The chef came out and personally served us two amuse bouche which were to die for! One was a warm foie gras brulee topped with granny smith apple sorbet. Sweet, savory, smooth, crunchy, warm, cold - exquisite. A very special dining experience
