Next time Dominic and I go to London, we will be booking this table! It is situated directly opposite of the kitchen in Maze (see photo below) so you can see everything that's happening and all the orders being shouted out. Plus, the head chef personally describes each dish as he hand delivers it to your table - straight from the oven or prep station, to you. So cool. Gordon Ramsay's restaurants specialize in this sort of thing - you can sit ring side in his kitchen's at Claridges and even his new restaurant called London in NYC.

It's quite swank as well - fresh flowers, leather banquette, posh surroundings and everything immaculately clean and sparkling. Plus the aromas of food swirling around your nose before it's presented for your eyes to feast and your mouth to intimately share.
