Venerable Lark Creek Inn in Larkspur to close; will re-emerge as Tavern at Lark Creek in May

Just read SF Chronicle's Michael Bauer's report that the Lark Creek Inn is shutting down as of April 12th and will reopen as a tavern with main courses topping out at $15. This follows FORK's transformation into Dream Farm in San Anselmo. We personally love the reinvention of starchy stalwarts to customer-friendly, back to basics good cooking comfort spots. Save me a spot - I'll be there.
