The Islington city council got creative - very creative - when they came up with a way to slow down cyclists. We used to live here and would walk this canalway every day, so I know firsthand that some cyclist could be a bit careless. Wonder if this works. And if so, maybe it could be interesting to install here in Marin county, CA, where mountain biking was born.
