Sliders (with cheddar & sauteed onions): it's what's for dinner

We're spending a few days at Solage in Calistoga for our anniversary and are thoroughly enjoying the menu at this Eco-friendly resort. Last night we had these sliders to start followed by cornmeal crusted softshell crabs and a wonderful lemon-thyme roasted chicken.
