Crap. My ITB is seriously cranky. I'm talking big time. I went out for a run yesterday in the rain and wind, which felt great. However, dodging all those puddles must have pushed my ITB over the edge. Today it's hurting even when I walk. So, no long Sunday run for me. In fact, no more running for a few days. I'm desperate now. I will do everything and anything to ensure a more pain-free running experience for the New York Marathon. Meditation, acupuncture, DMSO, glucosamine, massage... here I come..
