It’s my last week of high mileage. Today I was supposed to run 16 miles but felt quite good so I decided to keep going and ended at 18.63 miles. From now on, I’ll be tapering down, which is good as I’m still nursing an injury and want to be sure I’m strong and healthy come Sunday, March 20th in LA when I run the LA Marathon for the 4th time. I only completed my first two – and yeah, the last one I didn’t finish. This time, NO QUITTING!
