After Christmas, we chowed down on turkey leftovers, played with our presents (I'm addicted to my new Zune), and enjoyed our last days together with my mom. We also met up with Robert's parents and caught up with them before their long drive back to Colorado.
This morning, we dropped my mom off at SFO for her 2 hour flight back to Seattle. The house is now quiet again, except for the menagerie of squirrels, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, finches and other assorted feathered friends. Tomorrow we're off to Yountville for an NYE celebration at the winery, Domaine Chandon.
