Lifetime Achievement Award finalist

I was recently honored by the venerable Stevie Award for Business as being a finalist for the Lifetime Achievement Award, which was a bit of a surprise since I didn't think I had accrued enough achievements in my 43 year lifetime to warrant such a nod.  But, heck, I'm not complaining as there were only four other women in the world that also received this recognition.

Last Friday, the judges came together again in New York and selected the top winner, and sadly, it wasn't me.  But this doesn't diminish the fact that I'm greatly honored to have come this far, as the Stevie Awards were hailed as “the business world’s own Oscars” by the New York Post.  If you'd like to see the press release we prepared which explains how I even won the award, check out our Consort blog here.
