The last time we brought in the new year in a tropical location was when we entered 2005 in Mauritius. This year, we're off on a 6am flight first to LA then to Zihuatenejo, where the temps are in the upper 80s - ahhhhh!!! I'm not finished packing - gotta find all my little strappy sandals, festive dresses and bikinis (oh dear), but will post pics later.
